As a follow up to the free tickets offered to local school children for the Macclesfield match, following the open training session last week, the Bluebirds Trust Ticket Scheme paid for over 200 others to attend the match. Tickets were offered to local schools to encourage parents who may not otherwise have been able to attend with their youngsters who had the free tickets from the club, along with other children from the schools involved.
The tickets were purchased using the funds raised from the Trust 5 a side tournament and through donations from members.
