We’re pleased to announce that the recent Bluebirds Trust Community Christmas Raffle has raised £500 for local good causes.
The raffle was drawn on Christmas Eve and the winner kindly donated some of their prize back along with the Bluebirds Trust who also made a donation.
We’d like to thank the individuals and organisations who shared the details of the raffle on social media and publicised the draw.
However the raffle wouldn’t have been such a success without all of those who took part and bought a ticket(s) whom we’d like to thank for their help in raising this amount.
The total that each organisation will receive is as follows: Barrow Community Kitchen (£60), Birchall Trust (£40), Cambridge Primary School (£28), Cancercare Barrow (£43), Croft Care Trust (£42), Crooklands Casuals FC (£41), St Georges School (£53), St Mary’s Hospice (£160), Womens Community Matters (£33).
