Please allow me to introduce myself and to explain why I am writing to you today.

My name is Craig Rutherford and I am the Manager of Barrow AFC Community Trust. Our goal is to link with our local community and improve opportunities and provide positive activities for people of all ages and backgrounds.

We are organising a 24 hour charity football match to raise important funds to improve facilities on a matchday for fans with disabilities and to improve local grass roots football facilities.

The game will be played between two teams made up of Barrow AFC Community Trust and Barrow and District Junior League representatives

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities available to local businesses including:

• Match Sponsor
o £2000
‘The (Your Business Here) 24 Hour Charity Football Match.’

o Signed Barrow AFC season 2021/22 shirt
o Regular social media posts on all platforms – including Barrow AFC, Barrow AFC Community Trust, Barrow and District Junior League and Barrow Police.

• Kit Sponsors
 Front of Shirt – £1,000 for Barrow AFC Community Trust Team
 Front of Shirt – £1,000 for Barrow and District Junior League Team
 Back of shirt – £500 (per team)
 Sleeve – £200 – (per Team – both sleeves)

o Signed Barrow AFC football from the 2021/22 squad
o Regular videos and social media posts as the game starts, progresses and concludes, including the official Barrow AFC social media platforms, which will show your support of the event

• Player Sponsor – £50 per player
o Regular videos and social media posts as the game starts, progresses and concludes, including the official Barrow AFC social media platforms, which will show your support of the event

• Food and Drink Sponsor £500 – this will ensure the players remain hydrated and fully fuelled up as the game goes on. Your Company will be regularly posted on all social media channels sharing your support of the event.
